1. The chemical laboratory needs to be far away from the environment of dust, smoke, noise and vibration sources. In order to ensure good lighting, it should generally face the north and south directions.
2. The laboratory table cabinet of the chemical laboratory furniture is mainly composed of the table top, the bracket under the table and the utensil cabinet. The placement of laboratory cabinets should avoid close to windows, and the distance to the wall should be 500mm for easy operation and maintenance.
3. The layout of the laboratory fume hood needs to take into account the local voltage, drainage, wind direction, arrangement of ventilation pipes, etc. The fume hood should be placed close to the laboratory bench and the safety distance between the two should not be less than 1250mm.
4. The medicine cabinet must be placed in a dry, well-ventilated room where open flames are strictly forbidden and away from heat sources. Exhaust cooling fans should also be installed in the room, explosion-proof lighting fixtures should be used, and fire fighting equipment should be provided.
